The remainder of the 30 stipulation is incomplete as it does not contain a signature from counsel for the Remedy defendants. Therefore, the court will not approve the remainder of the stipulation. Counsel are directed to file a revised stipulation by 7/8/2026, to include information regarding counsel for RXO Last Mile, Inc. Any amended complaint must be filed by 7/15/2026. To the extent Plaintiff plans to include defendant Jeffrey Post in its amended complaint, Plaintiff must address, in a letter to the Court by 7/8/2026, whether this Court would have diversity jurisdiction over any such amended complaint.
