If the case does not settle at or within two weeks after mediation, the parties shall schedule and attend binding arbitration pursuant to the arbitration clause in the contract between the parties (Exhibit 1 to the Complaint), unless the parties agree to alter the arbitration procedures in that contract. This court shall retain jurisdiction of this case should either party need to seek relief from the court.
