Plaintiff may file by July 17, 2026, a notice containing a request for an evidentiary hearing on the issue of additional damages. If Plaintiff does not provide a notice by this date, its request for additional damages based on future continuing shortfall payments will be denied, and the Clerk of Court will be directed to enter judgment in accordance with the amounts awarded in this order.
