ORDER of USCA (Certified Copy) as to 80 Notice of Cross Appeal, filed by Dae-Ki Min, Daniel E. Frye, Walter O'Meara, Shinhan Bank America, Ryan Pak, Charles Constantin, Ji Young Yook, 76 Notice of Appeal, filed by James Park, Michael Kuzmiak, Catherine Ramos, Geoffrey Adamson USCA Case Number 25-2453-cv (L); 25-2656-cv (XAP). We therefore REMAND this case to theDistrict Court pursuant to the procedures set forth in United States v. Jacobson, 15 F.3d 19, 22 (2d Cir. 1994), with instructions to the District Court to enter an order clarifying its decision on the Defendants' motion for reconsideration. We urge the District Court to proceed expeditiously. In accordance with Jacobson, the mandate shall issue forthwith, limited to that necessary for the District Court to comply with this directive. Oral argument in this matter will proceed as currently scheduled on August 31, 2026.
