Minute Order Order on Motion to Seal
MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Magistrate Judge Elayna J. Youchah on 7/9/2026. By Law Clerk: S. Gorba.
Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs' Motion for Portions of the Declaration of Douglas Chrissan to Remain Under Seal. ECF No. 19. Plaintiffs simultaneously submit a redacted version of the document they seek to seal, which is found on the docket at ECF No. [19-1] at 18-51. The Court reviewed the Motion and the argument in favor of sealing. The Court finds Plaintiffs meet their burden under Kamakana v. City & Cnty. of Honolulu, 447 F.3d 1172, 1179 (9th Cir. 2006).
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion to Seal (ECF No. 19 ) is GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Exhibit 4 to Plaintiffs' Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order (ECF No. [3-4]) is and shall remain sealed.
