LETTER addressed to Judge Edgardo Ramos from Rudi Protrudi dated June 18, 2026 re: I am the pro se defendant in this action.1 I write pursuant to the Court's Individual Practices to respectfully request a 21-day extension of my deadline to file a reply in further support of my motion to dismiss. I am happy to report that the parties have reached an agreement in principle to resolve this case and now just require a bit more time to memorialize that agreement. The current deadline for my reply is June 23, 2026. If this request is granted, the new deadline would be July 14, 2026. This is my third request for an extension of the reply deadline (the others were granted), and the proposed extension would not affect any other deadlines. Plaintiff consents to this request.
