Order to Show Cause
ORDER: On February 16, 2021, the Court entered as an order a Stipulation, Order, and Judgment directing The Bank of New York Mellon to transfer the funds in the Blocked Account to the Sudanese Libyan Investment and Development Company. (ECF 573, at 7). The Court retained jurisdiction to enforce any violations of the Stipulation, Order, and Judgment. (Id. at 8). The parties had previously notified the Court that "they stand ready to submit a stipulation of dismissal of this action with prejudice pending the Court's disposition of the blocked funds." (ECF 569, at 2). The parties have not submitted a stipulation of dismissal of this action with prejudice or provided any further updates to this Court since the disposition of the blocked funds on February 16, 2021. By April 19, 2024, plaintiffs shall show cause in writing why the action ought not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of this action for failure to prosecute. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge P. Kevin Castel on 4/9/2024) (vfr)
