DECISION AND ORDER: For the reasons stated above, it is hereby ORDERED that judgment shall be entered against plaintiff Patriarch Partners Agency Services, LLC ("PPAS") and in favor of defendant Zohar Litigation Trust-A ("Zohar Trus t") on PPAS's Count II claim for breach of contract. ORDERED that judgment in the amount of $2,382,169.09 shall be entered in favor of the Zohar Trust against PPAS on the Zohar Trust's Counterclaim III for breach of contract reg arding the default instructions. ORDERED that judgment shall be entered against the Zohar Trust and for PPAS on the Zohar Trusts Counterclaim V for breach of contract regarding the remission of certain funds. SO ORDERED.
