On January 21, 2026, the Court granted the parties joint stipulation to arbitrate claims and stay this action. (Order Granting Stip., Dkt. No. 17.) The Court ordered the parties to file joint status reports regarding the status of the arbitration every ninety days. (Id. at 2.) The parties have not filed the most recent status report, which was due on July 20, 2026. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS the parties TO SHOW CAUSE, in writing only, why the Court should not DISMISS this case for the parties failure to comply with this Courts orders. No hearing will be held. The parties shall respond to this order within SEVEN (7) DAYS.
