ORDER DISMISSING CASE In light of the parties' settlement in principle in this matter (see ECF Minute Entry dated July 22, 2026 ), as well as 41 the defendants' letter informing the Court that they are negotiating a stipulation of dismissal with a "conditional dismissal" that would "convert[] to [dismissal] with prejudice after sixty (60) days" (ECF No. 41 at 1), the Court dismisses this action with leave to reopen within sixty days if the settlement is not finalized.
