Link 2 - Set Deadlines Order on Motion for Miscellaneous Relief
EO: The Court GRANTS 36 Plaintiffs Motion for Alternate Service (Motion) and permits Plaintiff to serve Defendants Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (MERS), Bank of New York Mellon, and Bank of America Corporation by "registered or certified mail, return receipt requested," pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. § 414-64.
Regarding Defendant MERS, the Court notes that a search of Delaware's business registration system reflects a different registered agent and address than Plaintiff mentions in the Motion.
Additionally, the Court extends the service deadline to 5/17/2024, and the deadline for Plaintiff to submit a status report regarding service is continued from 5/15/2024 to 5/24/2024.
