   ORDER. The Court conducted the telephone pretrial conference on 7/8/26. Therein, the Court addressed the numerous discovery issues currently pending in the case relating to requests for admission and interrogatories that Defendant had timely served on Plaintiff. As a result of the outstanding discovery issues, the dispositive motion deadline is suspended as the Court anticipates resolution of the discovery issues will impact the dispositive motion briefing. The Court set the following deadlines: on or before 7/13/26, Plaintiff shall serve responses to the outstanding interrogatories; on or before 7/17/26, any motions relating to discovery issues are to be filed. The parties are also directed to begin revisions to the pretrial order consistent with the Court's comments during the conference and as indicated in the draft pretrial order the Court sent to the parties following the conference. The parties' revised pretrial order shall be submitted to the Court no later than 7/31/26. Upon receipt of the revised pretrial order, the undersigned Magistrate Judge will reconvene the pretrial conference (if needed) or will finalize and reset the dispositive motion deadline.
