TEXT ORDER: Defendants Ariel Battle and Hishmhael Ladouceur have filed a motion to dismiss. 17 . The plaintiff SHALL respond within 21 days, and the defendants SHALL reply within 14 days thereafter. Because Battle and Ladouceur have now appeared, the plaintiff is relieved of her obligation to respond to that portion of the court's order to show cause concerning these defendants. (See Doc. 15 ).
