TEXT ORDER: Having conferenced with counsel on June 23, 2026, and observing that all discovery is closed, it is ORDERED that there will be a Final Pretrial Conference on August 19, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 3C. Clients with full settlement authority, for both plaintiff and defendant, shall attend this conference in person. It will be necessary for counsel to cooperate in preparing the form Joint Final Pretrial Order. The instructions for preparing the Order can be found on the Court's website: (https://www.njd.uscourts.gov/sites/njd/files/UniformFinalPretrialOrder.pdf). Counsel for the plaintiff shall be responsible for filing a copy of the proposed joint final pretrial order on behalf of the parties on or before August 12, 2026.
