Counsel for each Defendant, Triad Financial Services, Inc. and Global Credit Union, failed to appear at the July 8, 2026 Motion to Dismiss hearing in violation of Local Rules 7-14 and 7-15. The Court sets an Order to Show Cause ("OSC") hearing on July 29, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. as to why counsel should not be sanctioned in the amount of $500 each.
