USCA ORDER. Kenya Teasley seeks to appeal the district courts order dismissing her civil complaint. Appellee has moved to dismiss the appeal as untimely. The district court entered its judgment on August 13, 2025. The appeal period expired on September 12, 2025. Teasley filed the notice of appeal on September 15, 2025. Because Teasley failed to file a timely notice of appeal or to obtain an extension or reopening of the appeal period, we grant the motion to dismiss the appeal. 25-1116. (at)
