ENDORSED ORDER GRANTING Plaintiffs' Motion for Default Judgment 15 against Defendant Apollo Construction & Engineering Services, Inc. The Court finds Plaintiffs have established entitlement to default judgment against Defendant given its default, (Dkt. 12), and for the reasons stated in the Memorandum in Support of the Motion. (Dkt. 14-1) The Court further finds that damages are proven without the need for a hearing due to Plaintiffs' detailed memorandum, (Dkt. 14-1), affidavits, (Dkts. 14-2, 14-3, 14-4), and the interest calculation spreadsheet. (Dkt. 17) The Court is prepared to enter judgment for all sums sought. See (Dkt. 14) Within fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order, Plaintiff is directed to file a proposed final order and judgment and submit a word version via email to chambers_flmd_scriven@flmd.uscourts.gov.
