Order Denying Plaintiff
ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO AMEND FINAL ORDER - Plaintiff's motion is - like his complaint in this case - frivolous. When his complaint was dismissed, Plaintiff was warned that continued frivolous litigation in this Court could subject him to sanctions. Plaintiff is again admonished to stop filing frivolous papers in this Court and is warned - for the fourth time - that ignoring this admonishment may result in sanctions, including a restriction on his ability to file papers in this Court. Plaintiff's Motion to Amend Final Order (Filing No. 18 ) is DENIED. (See Order.) Signed by Judge Tanya Walton Pratt on 12/27/2023. Copy to Plaintiff via US mail. (JSR) (Entered: 12/27/2023)

Entry
ENTRY - This matter is before the Court on a request for a copy of the docket for this case, filed by pro se Plaintiff Daniel L. Pohle. (Dkt. 16). This case was dismissed with prejudice on November 8, 2023. (Filing Nos. 14, 15). Plaintiff has attached to his request a full copy of the public docket in this case. Plaintiff therefore already has a copy of the case docket. If Plaintiff wishes to receive another copy of the docket or of any future dockets in this case, he may request a copy by using the Court's Copy Request Form, available on the Court's public website here: https://www.insd.uscourts.gov/sites/insd/files /forms/CopyRequestForm%206.27.2023.pdf. Plaintiff's in forma pauperis status does not entitle him to free copies, and he is responsible for paying. Because Plaintiff already had the requested copies, his request for copies is DENIED. If specific documents are requested, Plaintiff must request those particular documents. The Clerk is directed to include the Copy Request Form with the copy of this Entry mailed to Plaintiff. Copies Mailed. Signed by Judge Tanya Walton Pratt on 11/20/2023. (CKM) (Entered: 11/21/2023)
