TEXT ORDER granting Plaintiff's 7 motion for extension of time to complete service. Plaintiff has until September 18, 2026 to complete service. Plaintiff is reminded that it is his responsibility to fill out the summonses for each defendant and submit them to the Clerk's Office for a signature and issuance. Plaintiff is directed to fill out the forms and send them to the Clerk's Office by August 4, 2026. Plaintiff is further reminded that it is his responsibility to inquire of the Marshals at 716-348-5300 whether service has been made and, if necessary, to request a further extension of time for service. If Plaintiff has not made service or requested an extension of time in which to do so by September 18, 2026, the Court may dismiss this action for failure to prosecute under Rules 4(m) and 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
