MINUTE ORDER REFERRING CASE TO MEDIATION. Upon consideration of the parties' 131 Proposal for Non-Binding Mediation, it is hereby ORDERED that this case is REFERRED to Hon. Walter D. Kelley Jr., former United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia, for non-binding mediation. It is further ORDERED that the parties shall complete the mediation on November 9 or November 10, 2026, subject to Judge Kelley's availability and coordination with the parties. It is further ORDERED that, within three business days after completion of the mediation, the parties shall file a joint status report with the Court regarding the outcome of that mediation.
