MEMORANDUM ORDER (Granting Motions to Dismiss): For the reasons set forth above, the Court hereby GRANTS both Defendants' Motions to Dismiss (ECF Nos. 12, 24). The Court DISMISSES Plaintiff's Amended Complaint (ECF No. 4). To the extent Plaintiff's claim against the Government rests on immunized conduct, the Court DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE that claim. To the extent Plaintiff's claims against the Government and Walden rest on non-immunized conduct, the Court DISMISSES WITHOUT PREJUDICE those claims. Plaintiff shall have leave to amend her claims within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this Order. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to close the case. If Plaintiff files an Amended Complaint within twenty-one (21) days, the Clerk SHALL reopen the case. (See Memorandum Order for further details) Signed by District Judge David J. Novak on 8/18/26.
