MINUTE ORDER: This case was removed on February 5, 2026. The Plaintiff appears to not have served process on several of the Defendants, and the Defendants that removed this case have not filed an answer or otherwise responded to the Plaintiff's Complaint. The Plaintiff has taken no additional steps to prosecute this case. Thus, the Court ORDERS the Plaintiff to, by August 3, 2026, (1) file an affidavit of default with respect to the federal Defendants, and (2) file proof that he has served all other Defendants. If the Plaintiff does not comply with these deadlines or show cause why this case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute, the Court may dismiss the case without further notice.
