STIPULATION AND ORDER SETTING BRIEFING SCHEDULE ON APPELLEE'S MOTION TO DISMISS APPEALS PENDING THE OUTCOME OF MEDIATION: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the Condo Board and Appellants, by and through their undersigned counsel, that the October 13, 2026 deadline for Appellants to file their brief shall be held in abeyance during the Standstill Period. IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED the Appellee shall have thirty (30) days following termination of the Standstill Period to file a motion to dismiss the appeals and/or the Appellant shall have the same time period to file any motion for leave to appeal. IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that, no briefs shall be filed pending the resolution of whether the orders appealed from are final orders. This Stipulation may be executed in facsimile or email counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed to be an original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Delivery by facsimile or email of PDF signatures to this Stipulation shall be equally effective as delivery of original signatures for all purposes hereunder. When so executed and delivered, this Stipulation may be filed without further notice with the Clerk of Court on the docket of each of the above-captioned appeals. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Jed S. STIPULATION APPROVING SUBSTITUTION OF COUNSEL FOR APPELEES: NOW THEREFORE, the Parties agree, and it is ORDERED, that:1. The foregoing recitals are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in their entirety below. 2. R&E's request to withdraw as counsel of record for the Appellees in these cases is approved, and thus, will be removed from any applicable service lists, including the Court's CM/ECF electronic notification list, maintained in these cases. 3. Lazarus is hereby substituted for R&E, as counsel of record for the Appellees in these cases, for all purposes and shall receive electronic notices from the Bankruptcy Court's CM/ECF system in these cases. 4.
