TEXT ORDER: Mail recently sent to Plaintiff by the Clerk at his Budd Lake address was returned as undeliverable. (Dkt. No. 5 ). Therefore, Plaintiff's current address of record in this case may be inaccurate. Pursuant to Local Civil Rule 10.1 "unrepresented parties must advise the Court of any change in their... address within seven days of being apprised of such change by filing a notice of said change with the Clerk." See L. Civ. R. 10.1(a). The failure to provide such information to the Clerk and ensure it remains current may result in dismissal of the Plaintiff's complaint. Id; see also Linnen v. Beachman, No. 17-12647, 2018 WL 3405435, at *1 (D.N.J. July 12, 2018). Plaintiff shall have an opportunity to cure this deficiency by filing a notice providing his current street and post office addresses, to be set forth on the docket of this action.
