MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Gloria M. Navarro on 10/1/2026.
On March 31, 2026, the Court stayed Plaintiff's claims against Defendant Jamal Rashid pending the outcome of Rashid's bankruptcy proceeding. (See Order, ECF No. 214 ). Simultaneously, the Court ordered Plaintiff and Defendant Rashid to file a Joint Status Report every 60 days, apprising the Court of the status of the bankruptcy proceedings. The parties filed the most recent Status Report, (ECF No. 227 ), on July 29, 2026. Sixty days elapsed on September 28, 2026. As of October 1, 2026, the parties have not filed the next Joint Status Report. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties must file a Joint Status Report apprising the Court of the status of Defendant Rashid's bankruptcy proceedings and whether the stay should remain in place, no later than October 15, 2026. Failure to file the Joint Status Report will result in the Court lifting the stay.

ORDER -IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Reconsideration, ECF No. 202 , is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File Document, ECF No. 212 , and Defendant Wynn Las Vegas, LLC's Motion for Leave to File Document, ECF No. 218 , are DENIED as moot.
