EO: On September 4, 2026, Defendants Young Men's Christian Association of Maui, Steve Scraggs, and Misty Amorin (collectively "YMCA Defendants") filed their Motion for Summary Judgment. ECF No. 113. On September 8, 2026, Defendant County of Maui (the "County") filed a motion for joinder thereto. ECF No. 115. The Court DIRECTS briefing as follows. Plaintiff's opposition memorandum shall be filed on or before November 13, 2026; and YMCA Defendants and the County's optional replies shall be filed on or before November 20, 2026. Upon receipt and review of the briefs, the Court will notify the parties should it determine that a hearing is deemed necessary. IT IS SO ORDERED.
