MINUTE ORDER: It is hereby ORDERED, for good cause shown and because Defendant consents to the relief sought, that Plaintiff's 11 Consent Motion for an Extension of Time to Amend the Complaint is GRANTED. Is it further ORDERED that the briefing schedule ordered by the Court on June 2, 2026, is VACATED. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff shall file her amended complaint by August 14, 2026; Defendant shall answer or otherwise respond to the amended complaint by September 28, 2026; Plaintiff shall file an opposition to Defendant's motion, if any, by November 12, 2026; and Defendant shall file any reply by December 4, 2026. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff's obligation to respond to Defendant's 10 Motion to Dismiss is STAYED pending further order of the Court.
