For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff Nike's Motion for Alterative Service and extension of time to serve Defendant Laced, LLC. Dkt. 16. Plaintiff Nike's deadline to serve Defendant Laced is September 10, 2026. Plaintiff Nike may serve Defendant Laced by hand delivering the Summons, Complaint, a copy of this Order, and the statutory $5.00 fee to the Secretary of State's Office in Sacramento, as substituted service of process upon Laced. Plaintiff Nike must also send these documents to the two email addresses Plaintiff Nike has in its records for Defendant Laced. See Dkt. 16-1. Plaintiff Nike's Request for Decision is DENIED AS MOOT.
