ORDER: The parties 771 Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery is granted. The attached Revised Scheduling Order is entered setting new deadlines for completion of discovery. Pursuant to the Courts July 24, 2026 Order, fact discovery closed on July 24, 2026 except for the depositions listed in [761-1]. Accordingly, the remaining six depositions, see 771 Motion at 2, must be completed by November 26, 2026. Asset inspection must be completed by October 30, 2026.

Mediation Referral Order
MEDIATION REFERRAL ORDER: It is hereby ORDERED that this case is referred to the Court-annexed Mediation Program.
