Baker on 08/20/2026: Pending before the Court is Plaintiff's notice regarding settlement (Doc. 47 ) in which Plaintiff seeks an extension of the deadline by which the parties must file dispositional documents. See Local Rule 160(b) (requiring the filing of dispositional documents within 21 days of settling a matter "absent good cause"). For partial good cause shown and to permit the parties additional time within which to execute a settlement agreement, the parties' request is GRANTED IN PART. Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall file dispositional documents no later than 10/12/2026. No extensions of the filing deadline will be authorized absent the parties' timely showing of good cause unrelated to the parties' performance under any settlement agreement.
