( counsel for Shalondria Simpson) from the funds generated from the sale of the Riverstone property previously deposited on behalf of the Claimant and held in the Registry. The $150,000 of released funds, and any funds still retained by counsel pursuant to prior court orders may be paid to any remaining property taxes owed on or for any Defendant real properties; counsel will retain records of payments.
