ORDER denying 143 Letter Motion for Leave to File Document. Pro se Appellant Rosemary Helen Ziziros Walker ("Appellant") has filed an additional submission seeking, among other things, to preserve appellate review of newly proposed procedures governing late-filed claims, an immediate stay of those procedures, further review of prior rulings concerning her late-filed proof of claim, and adjudication of various issues concerning Plan confirmation, her ballot, and the Third-Party Releases. (ECF No. 143.) The Court previously instructed Appellant that it would not consider any further motions filed by her unless she first sought and obtained leave to file them. (ECF Nos. 104, 109, 116, 120, 124, 129, 135, 142.) She has not done so here. In any event, Appellant's filing largely repeat arguments and requests that have already been raised and resolved or concern issues properly addressed in connection with the merits of her pending bankruptcy appeal. (See ECF Nos. 55, 81, 83, 104, 107, 108, 117, 118, 119, 123, 131-134, 138-139.) The Court will not continue to devote its resources to repeatedly addressing requests that have already been resolved. To the extent Appellant raises arguments relevant to the merits of her pending appeal, the Court will consider any properly preserved arguments in resolving that appeal. Appellant's letter-motion is therefore DENIED. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to mail a copy of this Endorsement to pro se Appellant at the address listed on ECF, to note service on the docket, and terminate the motion at ECF No. 143.
