Order on Motion for Miscellaneous Relief
ORDER: Defendants' motion for relief is denied for a failure to meet their burden of proof with respect to their obligations under Rule 60(b). The parties shall submit their joint notice concerning modification or partial modification of any of the paragraphs of the Court's orders contained within these exhibits within sixty days of the date of this order. Upon submission of this notice, the Court will schedule a status conference if necessary to set a further hearing or hearings.
