OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons set forth in this Opinion and Order, the Court GRANTS Codefendants Police Officer Emmanuel Ramos-Pabon, Police Officer Alberto Robles-Concepcion, Municipality of San Juan, Mr. Miguel A. Romero-Lugo and Mr. Ju an J. Garcia's Motions for Summary Judgment at Docket Nos. 209 , 224 and 226 . The Court DENIES Plaintiffs Ms. Monica Gonzalez and Mr. Jose Rodriguez's Motion for Summary Judgment at Docket No. 214 . Plaintiffs' claims unde r federal law are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
