Specifically, the LLC Defendants' Objection to the Reports recommendations concerning referring Robert R. Michael to the Virginia State Bar for possible disciplinary proceedings and suspending his admission to practice in this Court are SUSTAINED. The LLC Defendants' Objection to the Reports recommendations regarding whether Pentagon Federal Credit Union has been properly served are OVERRULED; it is further ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment against Pentagon Federal Credit Union (ECF 55) is DENIED; it is further ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment against Equity Trustees, LLC, and BWW Law Group, LLC (ECF 61) is DENIED; it is further ORDERED that Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint (ECF 50) be DISMISSED without prejudice and without leave to amend.
