Minutes of proceedings [non-document] before Judge Benita Y. Pearson. Preliminary Injunction and Show Cause Hearing conducted on 9/8/2026. Present were Christopher B. Congeni and David M. Neumann as counsel for Plaintiff; and Defendant appearing pro se. Plaintiff's representative was not present. The Parties agreed to continue the Preliminary Injunction and Show Cause Hearing and extend the TRO in its entirety for an additional 15 days, so that, among other things, Defendant may retain counsel in advance of the resumed proceedings. With the agreement of the parties, the Court continued the Preliminary Injunction and Show Cause Hearing to 9/23/2026 at 11:00 a.m. ET. Defendant surrendered 4 computers in Court on 9/8/2026 in compliance with the TRO. Plaintiff shall submit notice to the Court regarding Defendant's compliance with the remainder of the TRO, ideally in advance of the 9/23/2026 Preliminary Injunction and Show Cause Hearing. Additionally, the Parties shall provide the Court with notice of any additional agreements reached between the Parties regarding this matter. The Court will remain informed through the docket.
