Attorney Jennifer Allen and Attorney Michael Misch are now WITHDRAWN. Defendant Brad King is AFFORDED until 10/13/2026, to secure new counsel and for his new counsel to enter an appearance in this action. Should Mr. King be unable to secure new counsel or decide to proceed without representation, he MUST file a status report no later than 10/13/2026. Mr. King's deadline to respond to Plaintiff's Motion for Further Relief Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 37(b)(2) is sua sponte EXTENDED to 10/27/2026.
