DOCKET ENTRY ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiffs' Request for Entry of Default of Defendant Larry Bull (Dkt. 120 ). The Court held that motion in abeyance (Dkt. 123 ) pending resolution of Defendant Bull's 116 motion to appoint guardian ad litem. The Court denied the motion to appoint guardian ad litem at a hearing held on May 28, 2026 (Dkt. 132 ) and extended Defendant Bull's time to answer the Second Amended Complaint (Dkt. 133 ). Mr. Bull filed his Answer to Second Amended Complaint on June 16, 2026 (Dkt. 135 ). Thus Plaintiffs' Request for Entry of Default is DENIED as moot. Signed by Judge David C. Nye.
