The Court elects to exercise its discretion by GRANTING the Motion for good cause shown. The Brief of Colorado Attorney General as Amicus Curiae Partially Opposing Defendants' Motion[s] to Dismiss [45-1] is ACCEPTED as filed. The Clerk shall file the Amicus Brief [45-1] as a separate docket entry on CM/ECF. The Defendants may, but are not required to, file a Response to the Amicus Brief. Said Response(s) shall be due on or before August 20, 2026.
