MINUTE entry before the Honorable Beth W. Jantz: This case has been referred to Judge Jantz for discovery supervision (including the authority to set or adjust discovery deadlines and to set deadlines for joinder of parties and amendment of the pleadings) and settlement 39 , 40 . The Court adopts the discovery schedule set by Judge Coleman 39 as follows: (1) Rule 26(a)(1) initial disclosures were to have been served by 8/21/2026; and (2) fact discovery shall be completed by 3/31/2027. Additionally, written discovery requests shall be issued by 9/11/2026 and amendments to the pleadings or joinder of other parties shall be made by 11/16/2026. An expert discovery schedule will be set upon the completion of fact discovery, if necessary. The parties shall call in for a telephonic status hearing on 12/9/26 at 11:00 am. Members of the public and media will be able to call in to listen to this hearing.
