MINUTE ORDER made by direction of the Court, the Honorable Thomas S. Zilly, United States District Judge:(1) The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit having issued its mandate in Ironburg Inventions Ltd. v. Valve Corp., Case No. 2024-2088, the stay of this matter as to all claims, counterclaims, and patents-in-suit, is LIFTED, and this case is returned to the Courts active docket.(2) In light of the parties' agreement, Count III of the Second Amended Complaint (alleging infringement of the '688 Patent), docket no. 44 , is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice, and Counts V and VI of Valve's Answer and Counterclaims (alleging invalidity and noninfringement of the '688 Patent), docket no. 49 , are STRICKEN as moot. As a result, only the claims and counterclaims relating to the '525 and '229 Patents require further consideration in this matter.(3) The Federal Circuit has directed the Court to consider, on remand, whether the '525 Patent is valid in light of the prior art contentions asserted by Collective Minds Gaming Co. LTD. ("Collective Minds") in IPR2018-00354. The parties are DIRECTED to meet and confer and to file a Joint Status Report within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Minute Order.(See Minute Order for details.) (CJS)

ORDER granting the Parties' 315 Stipulated MOTION to Stay Briefing Deadlines. Within seven days of the issuance of a final mandate from the Court of Appeals on Plaintiffs' Appeal, the Parties shall meet and confer and, within the same seven day period, submit a proposed schedule to the Court for completing briefing on Defendants' Motions for Fees and Costs.
