TEXT ORDER: In light of the circumstances described in Defendants' August 12, 2026 letter, their request for an extension of the deadline to file the proposed final pretrial order is GRANTED. However, the Court notes that the original deadline to file that proposed order was July 3, 2026, which the Court set after a settlement conference on April 30, 2026. The parties have had fifteen weeks so far to complete the final pretrial order. Therefore, the proposed final pretrial order shall be filed no later than August 28, 2026. No further extensions will be granted, absent emergent circumstances. The August 19, 2026 final pretrial conference is VACATED and will now proceed on September 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., in Courtroom 2D in the Martin Luther King Courthouse, 50 Walnut Street, in Newark.
