Order
ENDORSED ORDER clarifying the Court's previous Order (Doc. 39). The parties may disregard the July 17 deadline unless they would prefer to modify the current CMSO (Doc. 34) right now. Before consenting, the parties filed their CMR (Doc. 31) and the Court issued a CMSO (Doc. 34). The case will proceed on that track. Now, however, the parties consented (Doc. 37), which gives the Court more scheduling flexibility. So if the parties wish to modify their deadlines (whether soon or later after discovery proceeds a bit), they are free to file another Joint CMR proposing new deadlines. And the Court would consider accommodating their preferred schedules. At any time as the case proceeds, the parties can also request setting a trial date certain--which the Court will set upon request. Signed by Magistrate Judge Kevin R. Huguelet on 7/11/2026. (Huguelet, Kevin)
Order Directing Compliance
EENDORSED ORDER. Before the Court is a sua sponte review of the record. The parties have jointly and voluntarily consented to have a United States Magistrate Judge conduct all proceedings in this case. (Docs. 36, 37). Given the previous discussion on the record, during the hearing held on June 10, 2026, the Court will entertain a Joint Case Management Report that is appropriate for this case and mutually agreeable to the parties. Should the parties wish, on or before July 17, 2026, the parties may attempt to confer and file a Joint Case Management Report that is appropriate for this case and mutually agreeable to the parties. Signed by Magistrate Judge Kevin R. Huguelet on 7/9/2026. (KDM)
