Before consenting, the parties filed their CMR (Doc. 31) and the Court issued a CMSO (Doc. 34). The case will proceed on that track. Now, however, the parties consented (Doc. 37), which gives the Court more scheduling flexibility. So if the parties wish to modify their deadlines (whether soon or later after discovery proceeds a bit), they are free to file another Joint CMR proposing new deadlines. And the Court would consider accommodating their preferred schedules.
