Pallmeyer: The court thanks counsel for their recent report and enters the schedule they have proposed, with some amendments, as follows: Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures shall be made by July 30, 2024; all fact discovery shall be commenced in time to be completed by December 6, 2024. Plaintiff will disclose experts, if any, by December 13, 2024, and will make them available for depositions by January 27, 2025. Defendant will disclose experts, if any, by February 28, 2025, and make them available for depositions by April 14, 2025. Absent expert disclosures, dispositive motions, if any, shall filed by January 13, 2025, accompanied by a certification that the parties engaged in good faith settlement efforts before preparation of such motion.
