ENDORSED ORDER striking 31 Motion to Set Aside Clerk's Entry of Default, as the Motion fails to comply with the spacing requirements of Local Rule 1.08. Further, if the Court set aside default it would provide an opportunity for Defendant to respond to the Complaint, and the Court would not accept for filing a motion to dismiss submitted as an attachment to another motion (and the attached motion to dismiss fails to comply with Local Rule 3.01(g)). The parties are directed to confer once again solely on the issue of setting aside default, understanding that deciding a case on the basis of a default is disfavored and the Court will set aside a default upon a showing of good cause.
