PAPERLESS ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte. On February 13, 2026, the Court issued an Order of Referral and Notice of Court Practice and Procedures (DE 3 ) requiring that "WITHIN TWENTY (20) DAYS from the date that the last Defendant responds to the Complaint, the Parties shall file a joint conference report and a joint proposed scheduling order, as required by S.D. Fla. Local Rule 16.1(b)." On July 22, 2026, the Court entered a Paperless Order (DE 29 ) dismissing Defendant Sergio Valle and ordering the remaining parties to file a joint conference report and a joint proposed scheduling order by August 5, 2026. To date, the Parties have failed to file a joint conference report, joint proposed scheduling order, or a motion for extension of time to do so. Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Parties shall SHOW CAUSE by August 26, 2026 why sanctions should not be imposed for failure to comply with a Court Order. Signed by Judge Kathleen M.
