The acceptance of such service is made expressly without waiver of any defenses, objections, or arguments in this action-including, but not limited to, defenses that this Court lacks personal jurisdiction over the Defendants and defenses to the recognition and enforcement in Switzerland or in any other foreign jurisdiction of any judgment that may be rendered in either or both Actions. 2.
