ORDER extending mediation deadline. The parties' joint mediation notice states that the parties have scheduled mediation on July 31, 2026. This is well after the mediation deadline of June 12, so the court sua sponte extends the mediation deadline to July 31 in order to accommodate the parties' scheduled mediation. The court cautions the parties, however, that any delay in mediation will not constitute good cause to extend other case-management deadlines, regardless of the outcome of mediation. The court expects the parties to engage in ADR efforts while also otherwise proceeding with the litigation in order to meet case-management deadlines. Signed by Magistrate Judge Angel D.
