DOCKET ENTRY ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiffs' Request for Entry of Default of Defendant Larry Bull (Dkt. 120 ). The Court held that motion in abeyance (Dkt. 123 ) pending resolution of Defendant Bull's 116 motion to appoint guardian ad litem. The Court denied the motion to appoint guardian ad litem at a hearing held on May 28, 2026 (Dkt. 132 ) and extended Defendant Bull's time to answer the Second Amended Complaint (Dkt. 133 ).
