Minute Order for Motion Hearing held on 9/14/26 at 11:00 a.m. before Magistrate Judge Steven Tiscione: O'Hara for Plaintiff; Neumann for Defendants. Plaintiff's First MOTION to Compel Completion of Outstanding Discovery 46 is granted. EEO, grievance and internal investigation records shall be produced by October 5, 2026. GroupMe communications for groups created or maintained by supervisory personnel shall be produced by October 16, 2026. Parties shall work cooperatively to identify which groups were created and/or maintained by supervisors. Non-supervisory groups do not need to be produced at this time unless Plaintiff can show specific relevance for communications from a particular non-supervisory group. Plaintiff's Fourth MOTION for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery 46 is granted.
The Court will hold a telephone conference on October 23, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. following the above-described document production.
